About Me
I attended Lewis Clark State College for my BSW and Boise State University for my MSW. I have worked in a variety of populations and systems throughout my 15 year therapeutic career including military, education, healthcare, forensic and have been in private practice since 2018. I work with different therapeutic modalities such as ACT, CBT, CBT-TF, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused and EFT and utilize these to best fit my clients needs. I also have my Christian Coaching Certification and enjoy using aspects of faith with clients who wish to explore and strengthen their relationship with Christ.
I am married to a wonderful man and together we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren. Our family is full and chaotic but such a blessing to us each and every day. As with most families we have faced trials and tribulations but together work to overcome any challenges that create obstacles in our path. We are a military family so I understand the unique challenges military life brings to individuals and families and have a passion in assisting with these transitions and serving our active duty, veterans, and their families.
I enjoy spending time with my grand babies, fun adventures and spontaneous road trips with my husband, and big family gathering with lots of laughter. I have a passion for herbal and alternative medicine, spending time outdoors (especially by the water), and fresh mountain air. I have lived in the Northwest my entire life between Montana, Idaho, and Washington and love the communities that are represented.
